Open Bid Request:
1) Interior Painting: Furnish labor and equipment (roller, brush, pans, etc.) for
the painting of vacant apartments. Minor repairs are to be included in quotation
(minor repairs are nail holes, “nail pops” in drywall, small holes (smaller than 1” in
diameter). WRHA will furnish material. Contractor must be available with
maximum one (1) week notice and must complete job as follows:
1 and 2 bedroom units – maximum 2 days
3 and 4 bedroom units – maximum 2.5 days
5 bedroom units – maximum 3 days

entire apartment including but not limited to 1) clean all appliances 2) bathroom
fixtures 3) floors with one coat of clear wax 4) cabinets 5) light fixtures 6)
windows/doors 7) baseboard heaters and baseboards 8) closets and shelving
and 9) sinks.
All flooring is tile. Price quotation as follows:

Cleaning apartment does not include the disposal of items left in apartment, only
