consisting of one and two bedroom apartments, of which five are designed and constructed for

All applicants must be income qualified with apartment rentals ranging from $259 to $417 per
month for one (1) and two (2) bedroom apartments.  This modern development features
beautifully designed and spacious living quarters, private balconies, "energy-star" appliances
including washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and central heat/air, all located in a
secure neighborhood.



Southridge apartments and houses are located on West Lee Highway in Wytheville.  This site
consists of eight 3 bedroom single family dwellings and twelve 1 bedroom apartments.
