Cassell Pines is our latest addition of apartments available for rent.  It is an 18 unit
complex consisting of one and two bedroom apartments, of which five are designed and
constructed for individuals who are physically and/or mentally challenged and desire to
maintain their independence.
Cassell Pines, located on Cassell Road in Wytheville, Virginia, is within walking distance
of churches, groceries, restaurants, and retail stores.  Yet it is far enough away for quiet,
peaceful living environment.  
All applicants must be income qualified with apartment rentals ranging from $259 to $417
per month for one (1) and two (2) bedroom apartments.  This modern development
features beautifully designed and spacious living quarters, private balconies,
"energy-star" appliances including washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and
central heat/air, all located in a secure neighborhood.
                                        Southridge

Southridge apartments and houses are located on West Lee Highway in
Wytheville.  This site consists of eight 3 bedroom single family dwellings
and twelve 1 bedroom apartments.
