WRHA is currently accepting applications for the public housing, tax credit, and private
development programs. A waiting list does exist, therefore getting your application into our
system is your first step toward quality housing. The waiting list for the HCV program is
currently CLOSED. Please note that checking the HCV program box on the application will
not allow you to apply for the program when the waiting list is closed.
As part of our effort to become a paper less organization, we have created an online
application. You only need to complete the application once, and select the appropriate box
for the program(s) that you are interested in. Please click on the link below to begin the
